Metal Roofing Contractors, Inc. is a full service 19,800 square foot sheet metal fabrication plant specializing in the metal roofing industry. MRC combines the vast knowledge of veteran field installers and the craftsmanship of metal fabricators to manufacture superior metal roofing products.

The Swiss manufactured long folding machine, hydraulically operated with CNC back gauges and computer programmed memory ensures high speed precision folding accuracy, cost savings and quality flashings up to 21' 0" in length, 18 gauge steel, .080" aluminum and 0.8 mm stainless steel. Our premium quality Kynar 500 painted coil, carries a 30 year finish non-prorated warranty and comes in a variety of colors. Custom colors and color matching are also available.

Multi-profile standing seam roll formers offer MRC customers a wide range of metal roofing panels to meet their roofing requirements. MRC series 600 coil dispensing unit shears and slits coil into sheets of any length and width from 48-1/4" wide or smaller master coils. This method of coil fabrication offers a substantial saving over flat sheets, reducing freight costs, floor space and costly inventories.

Multi-profile onsite roll-forming machines reduce freight costs and eliminate panel cross-splices with continuous roofing panels from eave to ridge.

Our premium quality painted coil (view color palatte) carries a 30 year non-prorated finish warranty and comes in a variety of colors and is also available with a 20-year water tightness warranty. Sixty foot long roofing panels would be impossible to manufacture and ship in a single piece as shown in the photo, without portable roll formers.

Onsite roll-forming eliminates the extra cost of two or three fully loaded flat bed trucks required to deliver the same quantity of factory manufactured roofing panels as shown on the Metal Roofing Contractors, Inc. mobile manufacturing plant, thus passing on to you, out customers, a considerable cost savings.
